LingvoSoft Dictionary Free – is a free talking dictionary with a 19.000 word database for you and your friends. The functional aspects of the Free Dictionary are completely the same as those of the commercial versions. The synthesizer (Text-to-Speech engine) is built on innovative formant synthesis, which creates vocal simulations by modeling the sounds of natural human tongue. The application is concise and takes up little space.
